Just take the pencil and draw a line close to your lashes. It works best if you put on your eye shadow first. Mascara can be used by simply sweeping the brush along your lashes in an upward fashion.

I like using the pen eyeliners where u can twist it up and down. i like the brand Milani. i use liquid eyeliner on top and then put very thin eyeliner on the inside of lower lid. its called the “water line.” Everyone has this problem.
