don't use makeup remover! its a waste of money for something that halfway works i use eyedrops all the time for my eyeliner just take a rag or towel and drop a few drops of eyedrops so that its a little wet just one or two drops should be enough then just rub the eyeliner off with the wet spot and comes right off its also a lot safer for your eyes makeup remover can put chemicals into your eye and can cause bad vision

Try Rimmel’s gentle eye makeup remover. If you do happen to get it in your eyes, it won’t burn. Just use it with a q-tip or a cotton ball.

razor blade...jk idk i cant ever get it off, i use the tip of a wet cloth or something to get most of it off but i can never get it all
